John D'Agostino has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. From 2016 to present, they have been the President of GMi Companies, a position they took after serving as the COO from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Leader and Managing Partner at Definity Partners, where they were involved in change management and cultural transformation initiatives. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Business Development Committee at the European-American Chamber of Commerce - Cincinnati from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they held positions at UBE Industries, Ltd. as a Manager in Paint & Finishing and at LTV Steel as an Operations and Maintenance Leader in Steelmaking & Casting. John began their career at GE Aviation as a CIM Technologist.
John D'Agostino obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati from 1986 to 1991. John then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Baldwin Wallace University from 1992 to 1995.

Ghent, the flagship brand that is traditional visual communication products acquired Waddell display solutions in 1986, and in 2006, VividBoard custom whiteboards, mainly for use in healthcare, was added.
