Randall Relick has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and companies. Randall started their career as a 2nd Shift Production Manager at Greyden Press, LLC in 2011, where they managed 10 employees and handled all print shop and bindery operations. After that, they joined the University of Dayton as a South Quad Front Desk Student Supervisor from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they worked as a Remote Customer Training Intern at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where they provided software training and sold services to current customers.

In 2013, Randall returned to Greyden Press, LLC and took on the role of Process and Quality Manager, where they managed operations on the production floor and sought opportunities for process improvement and cost-cutting. Randall was later promoted to Production Manager and then Director of Operations, overseeing all production operations and inventory control.

In 2015, Randall joined VividBoard, a GMi Company, as the Sr. Production Team Lead and was responsible for managing the production team. Randall was subsequently promoted to Production Manager. In 2017, they joined Ghent, another GMi Company, as the Paint Operations Manager.

Randall's most recent role is Director of Operations at GMi Companies, a position they have held since November 2020. In this role, they oversee all operations and has experience managing multiple teams, implementing lean practices, and acquiring and implementing capital equipment to support rapid growth.

Randall Relick completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Operations and Supply Management and Finance at the University of Dayton from 2009 to 2013. Randall then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Xavier University from 2016 to 2020.
