Deepak Joshi

Deepak Joshi has extensive work experience in various roles in the sales, marketing, and commercial sectors. Deepak is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at GHFL Worldwide, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Commercial from May 2021 to June 2023 and as the Commercial Vice President from July 2017 to May 2021, all at GHFL.

Before joining GHFL, Deepak worked as the Vice President of Raw Materials at IndoRama Synthetics(I)Ltd. from March 2015 to May 2021. Deepak also held the position of Head of Purchase at Octal Petrochemicals LLC FZC from March 2009 to February 2015.

Earlier in their career, Deepak served as the General Manager of Procurement at Modern Petrofils (POY division) from March 2007 to March 2009. Deepak was responsible for procuring raw materials, packaging, spare parts, and other chemicals, implementing e-procurement techniques, and leading a team.

Deepak's career began at Reliance Industries Limited, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from 1998 to 2003. Deepak successfully managed productivity and quality targets for the Polyester Yarns department and received recognition for their performance.

Prior to Reliance Industries, Deepak worked at Indorama as an Engineer. Deepak was responsible for managing productivity and quality in units 2 and 3, overseeing a team of operators. Deepak joined the company as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) and was promoted to Engineer within a year.

Deepak Joshi obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Man Made Fiber Technology from Government Central Textile Institute, Kanpur in 1996. Deepak later pursued an MBA in International Business from an unspecified institution between 2003 and 2005. In 2001, they also earned a Diploma in Computer Programming from CDAC India.
