Talita Antunes Bieliauskas has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Talita is currently a Partner and Operations Director at GhFly, where they oversee the business unit of Martech and Strategy and manages processes and personnel. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Planning at GhFly, focusing on existing and new business strategies in the digital marketing field. Talita played an instrumental role in developing proprietary methodologies and consulting modules while at Agência NewBlue. Talita also has experience as an Analyst of Digital Planning at Agência NewBlue, where they specialized in performance-focused digital planning and data analytics. Early in their career, they worked as an Assistant of Search Marketing at CHLEBA AGÊNCIA DIGITAL, focusing on SEO strategies. Talita's first professional experience was as an Intern in Communication at Viamar Veículos, Peças e Serviços Ltda., where they assisted in internal sales campaigns and event organization. Talita Antunes Bieliauskas has a diverse education history. Talita started with a Bachelor's degree in Publicidade e Propaganda from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo between 2008 and 2011. Talita then pursued a Curso Livre in Publicidade at EME Profª Alcina Dantas Feijão in 2006. Talita also completed a Curso Livre in MINIEMPRESA - INSTITUTO GM at JA Worldwide in the same year.

Additionally, Talita has obtained several certifications. Talita earned a Google Advertising Professional (GAP) - Análises e Relatórios certification from Google in 2019. In 2008, they completed an advanced Spanish language course at Influx Curso de Idiomas. In 2007, Talita obtained certifications in Microinformática, Pacote Office Intermediário, Introdução ao HTML, and Software Adobe Photoshop from Escola Municipal de Informática - São Caetano do Sul.
