Tina Suihkonen

Tina Suihkonen has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Tina is currently the Prestige Default Services Vice President of Compliance and Operations at Ghidotti | Berger LLP since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Commercial Services at LRES Corporation from June 2020 to April 2022. From 2017 to 2020, Tina served as the Senior Vice President at Commercial Default Services, LLC, specializing in non-judicial commercial foreclosure services. Tina was also the President of Beacon Default Management, Inc. from June 2014 to June 2017. Tina has held various roles in the field, including Vice President at Old Republic Default Management Services and Co-Founder/President and Chief Operating Officer at Assured Lender Services, Inc. Tina has extensive experience and expertise in commercial foreclosure and customer service.

Tina Suihkonen obtained an Associate's Degree in Business and became an ABA Certified Paralegal from Golden West College and Balin Institute of Legal Studies between 1986 and 1990. Tina also obtained a certification as a Real Estate Salesperson from the California Department of Real Estate in 2000.
