Jen Passos

Jen Passos is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various roles at Ghilotti Bros., Inc. since 2007, currently serving as Controller after progressing through several positions including Assistant Controller and Accounting Manager. Prior to this, Passos worked as a Senior Accountant at Bishop Ranch by Sunset Development Company and as a Staff Accountant at Certent, Inc. Passos began their career at Ghilotti Bros., Inc. in entry-level accounting roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in finance and accounting. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Dominican University of California, earned between 2004 and 2008.
