Derrick Coleman

Derrick Coleman has more than 20 years of experience and works as a managing director for Creative Financial Staffing of Los Angeles (CFS), an affiliate of GHJ, and serves as the practice leader of GHJ’s recruiting division. CFS specializes in the placement of accounting and finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries.

His responsibilities include managing a fast-paced, successful accounting and finance recruiting branch, developing new business, supporting existing clients and managing the inside staffing and recruitment teams.

Clients and candidates appreciate Derrick’s ability to effectively communicate the needs of both parties and recommend creative staffing solutions. He is known for his dedication to customer service, ability to build beneficial relationships and experience in establishing effective business partnerships.

In 2015 Derrick was recognized as the Chairman Club Inductee, Executive Recruiter, Top Perm Biller for six consecutive months and Sales Incentive Winner. In 2017, he was awarded again for the Sales Incentive Winner.

Derrick’s personal interests include family, cooking and travel.
