Yulia Murzaeva

Yulia Murzaeva, CPA, CIA, currently serves as Principal at GHJ, where since January 2023, leadership has been provided in services to nonprofit organizations across various sectors, along with oversight of the firm's nonprofit and single audit training programs. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Director - Nonprofit at AICPA from April 2022 to December 2022, focusing on advocacy and support for CPA firms regarding governmental auditing and accounting issues. As a Senior Manager on the AICPA GAQC team, expertise was provided in governmental accounting matters. Earlier positions held include Managing Director at GHJ from July 2017 to April 2022, Audit Manager at Widmer Roel from January 2012 to June 2017, and Accounting Intern at WEX from November 2010 to December 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead, completed between 2009 and 2012.
