Mark Magnesen has worked for six different companies since 1999. Mark started their career at Churny Company as President in 1999, then moved to Kraft Foods in 2001, where they held five different roles, including Sr. Vice President Finance, Sr. Vice President Finance & Treasurer, Sr. Vice President Finance - North America, Vice President - Investor Relations, and Controller - Cheese Division. In 2012, they became General Manager of the Planters Business Unit at Kraft Foods Group. In 2015, they were appointed Executive Vice President of Kraft Foods and President of Oscar Mayer. In 2017, they became CEO of Matt's Cookie Company, and in 2020, they were appointed CFO of GHOST.

Mark Magnesen earned a Masters of Mgmt from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 1991, with a focus in Finance, Marketing, and Strategy. Mark received their Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1986.
