Michael Wilke

Michael Wilke has a diverse work experience. Michael began their career in 2009 as a Student-Undergraduate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In 2012, they were a Sales Associate at GNC. From 2013 to 2017, they held the role of Research and Development Food Technologist II at Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) where they worked with various departments to help launch new, innovative products, resulting in the launch of over a dozen products that can be found at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Bodybuilding.com, and other retailers. From 2017 to 2018, they were the R&D Innovation and Rapid Launch Manager at Swanson Health. Michael then moved on to become the Director of Product Development and Research and Development Manager at GHOST.

Michael Wilke received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Food Science and Technology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2013. Michael then went on to receive their Master of Science (M.S.) in Food Science from the same university in 2020.
