Nicholas Klug has over 12 years of work experience in the service industry. Nicholas began their career in 2006 as a Pro Shop Assistant at Spring Valley Golf Course, where they acquired base skills in customer service and was introduced to the process of purchasing beer, wine and spirits through the three tier system. In 2008, they became the Wine and Spirits Manager/Purchaser at Festival Foods, where they managed a team of employees and was a purchaser for one of the largest and fastest growing independent grocers in Wisconsin. In 2010, they took on the role of Sales Representative at Capitol Husting Co. / Allstate Liquor & Wine Co., where they sold wine and spirits from Reedsburg to Waupan and everywhere in between. In 2011, they became a Wine Consultant at Binny's Beverage Depot, where they assisted guests in picking out wines by education and using suggestive selling and helped increase inventory turnover and reduce shrink by organizing and managing wine for the domestic wine section. In 2012, they took on the role of Purchasing and Inbound Logistics Manager at Cream Wine Company, where they analyzed sales and purchasing patterns in order to manage the flow of inventory and create efficiencies in the ratio between accounts payables and accounts receivables. Nicholas also managed compliance with PGAs including the TTB and managed Freight Forwarding and trucking partners to locate and execute cost savings for both full and less than container load international shipments from Spain, Italy, France, South America and New Zealand. In 2018, they became the Director of Supply Chain at Ghost Lifestyle.

Nicholas Klug earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2010, majoring in Bio-Medical, Pre-Medical Science; Chemistry; Piano Pedagogy. Nicholas then went on to receive a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2015, with a focus in Business.
