Vincent McLeese is a co-founder of Ghost Team and serves in a growth and advisory role at Web3Audience since December 2021. McLeese has been a mentor for DeFi Basecamp at Outlier Ventures and for UNICEF Ventures in the blockchain sector from 2022 to 2024. Previously, McLeese was the managing partner at Efiko, an incubation studio focused on advancing internet decentralization, and has held positions at Accenture as a product owner/manager for distributed ledger technology projects and as an analyst at ING in capital markets. McLeese holds a Masters in Management Grande Ecole with a focus on financial economics from HEC Paris and has a diverse educational background from Peking University and University College Utrecht, as well as an International Baccalaureate from George C. Marshall High School.
