Dennis Manning has a diverse range of work experience in customer experience and operations roles. Dennis started their career in 1997 at Citizens Bank, where they served as Vice President Operations and VP Training Director. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Wyndham Vacation Ownership as a Senior Site Operations Director. In 2010, they joined Liberty Power as the Director of Outbound Sales Operations and Customer Experience. In 2012, they joined DentalPlans.com as the Senior Director of Sales Operations and Customer Experience. Dennis later became the New Sales Operations Director and supervised a team of over 100 personnel. In 2016, they held multiple roles simultaneously at GhostBed, Nature's Sleep, and Leadership for Directors of Customer Experience & Operations Nationwide, serving as a Director of Customer Experience and the Founder and Director of Customer Experience Operations. Throughout their career, Dennis has gained expertise in leadership development, operational strategies, technical design, training design and evaluation, and team building.

Dennis Manning has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Workforce Development and Training from Lesley University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Dennis also holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree in English and Marketing from King’s College, which they earned from 1980 to 1985. Prior to that, they graduated in the top 20 from Our Lady of Lourdes Regional, with a focus on College Prep from 1976 to 1980.

In addition to their formal education, Dennis Manning has obtained various certifications. In 2016, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM. In 2001, they became a Certified Instructor for FIRO-B and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator from CPP. In the same year, they also obtained certification as an Achieve Global Certified Instructor for Foundations of World Class Leadership from Achieve Global. Lastly, in 1999, they became a Certified Instructor for the Franklin-Covey Time Management program from Franklin-Covey.
