Patrick Coughlin

Patrick Coughlin's work experience includes a range of roles in various companies and organizations. Patrick is currently the Director of Operations at Ghost Works Marine, where they oversee the design and manufacturing of composite vessels. Prior to this, Patrick served as the Managing Partner at Coughlin Brothers Capital. Patrick also worked at Pantheon Integrated Solutions, Inc., where they held the positions of Vice President of Pantheon Innovations and Senior Consultant. At SYNEXXUS Inc, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Supply Chain Management. Before entering the private sector, Patrick served in the US Navy as a Lieutenant Supply Corps Officer and held positions at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), and USS New Hampshire (SSN 778).

Patrick Coughlin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Data Analytics and Decision Making from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Patrick also attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2017 for the Navy Insights into Industry Management Course. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, Operations Management, and Political Science from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Patrick has obtained certifications in Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Business Financial Manager Level 2 from the United States Department of Defense and Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt from Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR).
