Ashley Rosati

Ashley Rosati has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Ashley started their career in 2004 as an Assistant Teacher at Short Stuff & Co, where they assisted in implementing age-appropriate activities and recording daily happenings. In 2005, they became a Receptionist at Rosati Master Painting INC. Ashley then worked as a Lead Teacher at Caregiver Short Stuff & Co from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, Ashley started their own business, Miss Ashley's Babysitting, where they worked closely with families, recruited and interviewed nannies and sitters. In 2011, they transitioned to General Healthcare Resources, where they initially worked as a Recruiter, Permanent Placement. In this role, they recruited and qualified healthcare professionals, provided career counseling, resume building, and interview preparation. Ashley then became a Senior Recruitment Manager in 2016, and finally assumed the position of Managing Director of GHR Search - Interim Services Division in May 2018. Throughout their career, Ashley consistently focused on providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining healthcare industry contacts, and offering market research and information to candidates and clients.

Ashley Rosati has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Chestnut Hill College, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Montgomery County Community College from 2005 to 2008 and earned an A.A.S degree in Early Childhood Education.
