Cody Burch

Cody Burch has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Cody currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at GHR Healthcare since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at AMN Healthcare as the Division President, Leadership Solutions from January 2022 to May 2023. Before joining AMN Healthcare, Cody held various roles at B.E. Smith, including President, Interim & Leadership Search, Executive Vice President, and Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer. Cody also served as the Associate Vice President, Finance & Client Organization and Associate Vice President, Interim & Consulting. Cody's responsibilities at B.E. Smith involved overseeing interim leadership placements, executive placements, finance, and sales operations. Cody has also worked as the Director of Talent Strategies, Executive Search Consultant, and Associate Consultant. Cody has a strong background in healthcare leadership and search, with a focus on interim and consulting roles.

Cody Burch has a strong educational background in business and accounting. Cody obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting from Rockhurst University, from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from William Jewell College, from 2001 to 2005. In addition, Cody has an additional certification as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) obtained from the Kansas Board of Accountancy in July 2015.
