Archana Potters

Archana Potters is a Partner at ghSMART and co-leads the firm’s Leadership Assessment practice. She advises Fortune 500 executives as well as leading private equity investors on their most pressing talent and organizational issues, including leadership selection, succession planning, leadership development, and team effectiveness.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Archana was part of the corporate strategy team at Zurich Insurance Group. In this role, Archana focused on talent pipeline development as well as strategic planning to support key growth initiatives for the North American business units. Prior to joining Zurich, Archana was an Associate in the Chicago office of Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company). At Strategy&, Archana advised senior executives on critical business issues, including turnaround strategy, organizational efficiency, post-merger cultural integration and organizational design. She served Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries, with a focus in technology, industrial products and education.

Archana holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
