Leadership Team

The current ghSMART leadership team has a wide range of experience in many different industries. Many of the members have worked as consultants for various companies, including McKinsey & Company, The Boston Consulting Group, and Accenture. Others have experience in finance, such as working as an analyst for Goldman Sachs or as a CFO for Conisus LLC. There is also experience in the public sector, with a former White House Fellow and senior policy advisor on the team. The team also has members with experience in teaching and education, such as working as a teacher for Teach For America or as a professor at Copenhagen Business School.
