Beth Olenski

Beth Olenski is currently an Executive Assistant at ghSMART. Beth has previous experience as a Leader and Wellness Coach at WW from May 2007 to May 2009. Before that, they were an Executive Assistant at Smart & Associates, Inc. from January 2002 to December 2005. Beth Olenski started their career at Eastman Kodak in June 1991 and worked there until December 1998 as a Human Resource Development Strategist on the Corporate Staff.

Beth Olenski has a Masters in Instructional Design from Purdue University and a Bachelor's in Organizational Communication from the same school.

Beth Olenski works with Elena Lytkina Botelho - Partner, Washington DC, Sandy Carrion - Executive Assistant, and Jeanette Messina - Executive Assistant. Beth Olenski reports to Geoff Smart, Chairman & Founder.
