Cintia Huynh

Cintia Huynh is a Principal at ghSMART. She serves leaders across Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms in the areas of executive assessment, leadership coaching and development, and organizational change.

Prior to ghSMART, Cintia was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company where she advised corporate clients across multiple industries on a variety of strategic topics such as organizational effectiveness, cost transformation, customer loyalty, and operational improvement. In addition to client work, she led the Atlanta chapter of Latinx at Bain and led multiple recruiting, training, and retention initiatives. Prior to Bain & Company, Cintia worked in the portfolio operations group of Bain Capital where she partnered with management teams in the U.S. and Brazil to improve company operations and profitability. Cintia began her career at Bain & Company in Atlanta and Sao Paulo, where she supported both corporate and private equity clients.

Cintia graduated summa cum laude from Georgia Tech with a BS in Chemical Engineering and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School. She enjoys the outdoors, plant-based cooking/baking, and mentoring youth and young adults.
