Elizabeth Bacon

Elizabeth Bacon, PhD is currently working as a Senior Principal at ghSMART, a leadership advisory firm. Prior to that, Elizabeth gained experience in leadership and succession consulting at Russell Reynolds Associates and as an Assessment Center Associate at Tennessee Assessment Center. Elizabeth also worked as a Training and Development Associate at University of Tennessee. Elizabeth holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Tennessee and a B.S in Psychology from James Madison University.
