Elizabeth Bacon

Elizabeth Bacon is currently the Principal at ghSMART. Prior to this, they were with Russell Reynolds Associates for almost 9 years, where they were a Leadership & Succession Consultant. Elizabeth has also worked with the Tennessee Assessment Center as an Assessment Center Associate and with the University of Tennessee as a Training and Development Associate.

Elizabeth has experience assessing the performance of managerial and executive candidates in assessment center exercises, facilitating a variety of developmental experiences with executive candidates, and conducting research on organizational development and training topics. Elizabeth has a passion for helping individuals and organizations reach their potential and is excited to be doing this through their work at ghSMART.

Elizabeth Bacon completed their PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Elizabeth also holds a B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University. In addition, they are certified from Hogan Assessment Systems in Hogan Certified.

Elizabeth Bacon reports to Geoff Smart, Chairman & Founder. Elizabeth Bacon works with Shoma Hayden - Principal, Tessa Walter - Executive Assistant, and Ana Bradford - Accountant.
