Pam Stern

Pam Stern is currently the Principal at ghSMART. Prior to that, they were with Humming from January 2019 to December 2020 where they helped organizations solve their most challenging people issues focusing on leadership development and manager training programs. From January 2016 to December 2018, they were with Potential Project - Focused Minds, Organizational Excellence as an internal trainer providing high quality Corporate Based Mindfulness Training created from empirically validated scientific research and wisdom traditions. Pam Stern has also served as a Consultant with McKinsey & Company from January 2012 to December 2018 where they served Fortune 500 companies to improve their strategies and operations focusing on talent development, organizational structure, and overall people strategy. Ms. Stern has also been the Little 500 Race Director with the Indiana University Foundation from January 2008 to December 2011.

Pam Stern has a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business with a focus in finance and business analytics. Pam also has a B.S. from Indiana University Bloomington in kinesiology and gerontology.
