Pam Stern is a Principal at ghSMART, where Pam advises executives, investors, and boards on leadership challenges. With past experience at Humming and McKinsey & Company, Pam specializes in talent assessment, succession planning, and organizational strategy. Pam also served as a Professional Development Manager and an Internal Trainer, showcasing their expertise in leadership development and corporate mindfulness training. During their time at Indiana University Foundation, Pam successfully led teams as the Little 500 Race Director, highlighting their passion for event management and student development. Pam holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Business Analytics from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
