Rob Sharman is the current Principal at ghSMART. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from May 2016 to September 2020. There, they were responsible for leading the integration of retail banking operations in a merger of two retail banks in Chile, conducting a diagnostic of a retail bank's loyalty programme, and developing the operating model for a multinational freight and logistics company based in Chile, together with a strategic vision for the future of the company. Rob also assisted in the definition of a multichannel strategy for a large Retail Group in Latin America, and assessed the pricing functions for the home improvement branch of a Chilean Retail Group.
Before their time at The Boston Consulting Group, Rob worked as a Consultant, Strategy at Accenture from September 2010 to June 2014. There, they again led the integration of retail banking operations in a merger of two retail banks in Chile, conducted a diagnostic of a retail bank's loyalty programme, and developed the operating model for a multinational freight and logistics company based in Chile, together with a strategic vision for the future of the company. Rob Sharman attended the London Business School, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, as well as a BSc in the same field at the same university. Rob also attended The Mackay School in Reñaca.
