Larry Ridge

Larry Ridge has over 30 years of work experience in the automotive industry. Larry began their career as a Resident Engineer at CTS Corporation in 1989 and worked there until 1993. Larry then moved on to Kelsey-Hayes Company, where they served as a Product Engineer from 1993 to 1995. Following that, Larry joined SSI Technologies Inc. as a Program Manager from 1995 to 1998. Larry then worked at Dana AEC Division as a Senior Product Development Engineer in 1998 and later joined Hilite International as the Vice President of North American Engineering from 1999 to 2005. Larry is currently serving as the Chief Engineer at GHSP since November 2005.

Larry Ridge has a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Systems Engineering from Colorado State University. Larry also holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School. Larry completed their undergraduate education at Western Michigan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering. In addition to their degrees, Larry has obtained several certifications in areas such as Architecture and Systems Engineering, Quantitative Methods in Systems Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering, Models in Engineering, and Architecture of Complex Systems, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
