Franklin Parada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in building engineering and technical maintenance. Currently serving as a CPS Representative at GHT Limited since November 2002, Franklin specializes in field reports, commissioning, troubleshooting, and resolving MEP issues across various buildings. Prior to this role, tenure as a Building Engineer at Hines involved preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Earlier experience as an Electronic Technician at Custom Electronics included the repair of electronic equipment. Franklin's educational background encompasses advanced programming from SIEMENS, system maintenance technician training in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International, and certification in low-pressure boilers from the National Association of Power Engineers.
