Brad Hoffman has a diverse work experience in the operations and supply chain management field. Brad started their career in Honeywell, where they held various manufacturing engineering, management, and site leadership positions from 1984 to 1995. Brad then worked at Centurion International as the Vice President of Manufacturing, focusing on sales growth and lean manufacturing, from 1996 to 2000. Brad then joined Honeywell International as the Global Operations Leader, where they contributed to M&A, sales growth, supply chain excellence, and cost reduction. After this, Brad worked at Rochester Gauges as the Director of Operations, where they successfully reduced safety incidents, improved quality and delivery, and implemented kaizen events and quality management systems. Brad then joined Flowserve as the Director and General Manager, where they achieved savings through pricing and margin reviews, increased sales and on-time delivery, and improved quality and inventory management. Brad then worked at Weir as the Vice President of Operations, driving improvements in working capital, gross margins, material costs, and lead times. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Operations at GHX Industrial, focusing on supply chain excellence, customer service, lean manufacturing, and KPIs.
Brad Hoffman holds an MBA in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Brad also has a BSMfgE in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In addition to their degrees, Brad has obtained several certifications, including the Integrated Business Planning Course by Oliver Wight, API Q1/6D from Texas International Engineering Consultants, Class "A" Sales & Operations Planning Process from Oliver Wight Americas, Inc., Kaizen from Shingijutsu USA Consulting, Lean Six Sigma and Design For Six Sigma from Honeywell, Manufacturing Improvement Program from Cornell University, Principles of Lean Manufacturing from Nebraska Manufacturing Extension Program, and the Project Management Professional Exam from the Project Management Institute.
