Emily van Gieson Ward

Emily Van Gieson Ward, M.Ed, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources Business Partnerships at GHX since December 2012, Emily has also held positions as Director and Manager within the same organization. Prior to GHX, Emily worked at Truven Health Analytics as Senior HR Manager and at Thomson Reuters as HR Manager. Experience includes a role as HR Business Partner at Aurora Loan Services and a Director of Human Resources position at Hospice of Saint John. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from Appalachian State University and a Master of Education in Human Resource Studies with a focus on Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University.
