Thien La is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer, and Head of Technology Risk Management at GHX since May 2022, Thien has previously held significant positions at Humana, Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Bank of America, among others. Notable achievements include overseeing global security strategy and risk management at Bank of America and leading cybersecurity innovation and governance at Humana. In addition to direct security roles, Thien has contributed to industry leadership through board membership at H-ISAC and has been involved in security architecture and risk assessments across multiple industries and regions. Thien holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
