Cinzia Guidotti

Cinzia Guidotti's work experience starts in 2005 as a Recruitment Coordinator at VEDIOR. Cinzia then worked at Obiettivo Lavoro SpA as a Coordinatore Nazionale Selezione in 2007. From 2008 to 2015, they held various roles at Gi Group, including Referente Selezione e Servizio, Process&Transition Manager, and Service&Delivery Senior Manager. Currently, they are working as a Solution Design Director at Gi Group since 2016.

Cinzia Guidotti has an educational background that includes an Executive Master degree from CFMT, obtained between 2022 and 2023. Prior to that, they completed the Senior Practitioner in Business Coaching program at SCOA The School of Coaching from 2018 to 2019. In 1997 to 2001, they obtained a Laurea Vecchio Ordinamento degree in Relazioni Industriali e Problemi del Lavoro from Università degli Studi di Milano. Additionally, they obtained certification as an EMCC Business Coach Senior Practitioner from EMCC Italia in 2020.
