Topaz Simply

Topaz Simply currently serves as the Head of ESG at GI Partners, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Topaz Simply was the Business Unit Leader for ESG Services at RPS from March 2018 to October 2022, leading the North America ESG Group and collaborating with private equity firms, financial institutions, and corporations to develop ESG strategies and prepare public-facing reports. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant in ESG Services at RPS, where Topaz Simply supported clients in addressing ESG expectations, developing policies, and implementing strategic initiatives. Additionally, Topaz Simply worked at Malk Partners as a Senior Associate, devising ESG strategies for private equity firms to meet limited partner expectations and enhance reputations. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from UC San Diego.
