Vincent Molinaro is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in board governance and advisory roles across various companies. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director at AppLogic Networks and LightEdge Solutions, and as an Independent Director at ORBCOMM, Vincent also holds senior advisory positions with GI Partners and VM Advisory Group, which focuses on developing customized transformation plans for established businesses. Vincent has a proven track record in aligning organizational vision with customer needs, supported by 25 years of global leadership experience.
