Jeffery Pace

Jeffery Pace, DCCA, has extensive experience in engineering management and critical facilities operations, including current work as Engineering Manager at GI Property Management since April 2018, overseeing a high-profile data center and commercial office property in Seattle. Prior positions include Engineering Manager and Assistant Engineering Manager at Hines, where responsibilities included managing similar facilities and operations for multiple prestigious projects. Jeffery also served a significant tenure as Secretary of the Board at Parkshore Marina and held various leadership roles at Rainier Yacht Club, including Commodore. Educational qualifications include a Data Center Certified Associate accreditation from Energy University and commercial pilot training from Classic Helicopter Corporation.
