Vincent Richard Lutz has a diverse professional background, currently serving as a Senior Associate Director at GIA Surveyors since April 2018, where responsibilities include roles ranging from Surveyor to Assistant Surveyor with a focus on Rights of Light and Daylight & Sunlight surveying. Prior to this, Vincent held the position of Sales Negotiator at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward for nearly a year, where duties involved managing enquiries and conducting property viewings. Vincent also worked as a Business Development Executive at Supreme Sports Football Management, ensuring client satisfaction and liaising with stakeholders across the UK and internationally. Academic qualifications include a PgDip in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the University of the West of England and a Master’s Degree in Sports Law from Nottingham Trent University.
