Brenda Wakefield has extensive experience in the health and wellness field. Brenda began their career in 2001 as the Associate Director of Law Admissions at Ohio Northern University. In 2002, they moved to James A. Rhodes State College as the Director of Financial Aid and Student Records. In 2004, they joined the United States Air Force as an Education Specialist. In 2007, they established Divine Health & Wellness, LLC as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Veteran Business Owner, and CEO. In 2009, they became a Contract Licensed Massage Therapist at Beavercreek Chiropractics. In 2010, they began working at Hands of Choice Massage & Wellness, LLC dba Better Health Brenda as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Health Coach, and Craniosacral-Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. In 2017, they became an Independent Distributor for Fresh Pad Today and in 2018, they began working as a Consultant and Wireless Safety Educator for GIA Wellness.
Brenda Wakefield began their education journey at St. Gerard High School. Brenda then attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1998 to 1999, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education & Training. Brenda continued their education at Chapman University from 1999 to 2000, earning a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. In 2007, they graduated from Dayton School of Medical Massage with a focus in Massage Therapy. In 2018, they obtained a Certified Health Coach certification from the Health Coach Institute. Additionally, they hold a Licensed Massage Therapy certification from TX MT, which they obtained in 2007.
