John Donovan, CCP, GRP, currently serves as Manager of HR Technology at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) since September 2017, having previously held roles as Principal HR Operations Analyst, Senior Compensation Analyst, and Compensation Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Compensation Analyst at Activision from May 2016 to September 2017 and as an HR & Compensation Analyst at Jenny Craig from May 2014 to May 2016. John began professional experience at Jimbo's Naturally, where responsibilities included Technical Support Representative and Manager on Duty from June 2010 to May 2014. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role at SODEXO (formerly SODEXHO) from December 2003 to December 2009. Education consists of a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology (2001-2009) and a High School Diploma from Calvin Christian (1997-2001).
