Brandon Franklin

Brandon Franklin has a diverse work experience in various roles related to security and information technology. Starting in 2003, they worked at VigilantMinds as a Security Analyst, Senior Security Analyst, and later became a Team Lead in Intrusion Analysis. In 2006, they joined KIT Solutions, LLC as a Network Administrator, and later became an IT Manager and Database Administrator. In 2012, Brandon joined Giant Eagle as a Senior Security Analyst, where they had primary responsibility for compliance efforts and conducted red team assessments. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at HM Health Solutions as a Senior Pen Tester and Manager of Application Security and Vulnerability Management. Since 2018, Brandon has been working at Giant Eagle, Inc. as a Senior Information Security Analyst and is currently serving as the Principal Security Architect.

Brandon Franklin earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1999 to 2001, where they focused on Computational Biology. Brandon completed their high school education at Seton-La Salle High School from 1995 to 1999. Brandon also holds a certification as a OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional, obtained from OneTrust in February 2021.
