Timothy Broderick

Timothy Broderick is a seasoned food safety professional currently serving as a Senior Food Safety Specialist at Giant Eagle, Inc. since September 2018. Previously, Timothy held the role of Food Safety Manager at CHEMSTAR, focusing on the Giant Eagle account, and worked as a Quality Management Specialist at The Steritech Group, where responsibilities included conducting food safety audits and ensuring compliance with FDA standards. Timothy’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology and a Master of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Culinary Sciences from Clemson University, where also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Additionally, Timothy gained experience as a Health Promotion Intern at UPMC Health Plan.
