Kazi Mahfuzul Islam

Kazi Mahfuzul Islam possesses extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management across various companies in Bangladesh. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Texmart Trading Company Limited, a sister concern of Giant Group, since May 2019, Kazi is responsible for preparing seasonal estimates for all shops. Previously held the position of Area Manager at ZEiL'S Footwear Limited from September 2015 to March 2023, where Kazi achieved over 100% of both pair and turnover estimates in designated areas. Early career roles included Area Sales Executive for both Institution and Modern Trade at International Distribution Company Bangladesh, and Diversity Officer at Bata Bangladesh Ltd., with responsibilities centered on sales targets and regional performance. Kazi began professional tenure as an Executive in HR & Admin at Ranks Motors Workshop Limited and holds a Master of Professional Marketing from the University of Dhaka, completed in 2019.
