Bas Hogendijk

Bas Hogendijk is an experienced recruitment professional and the founder of Giant Leap Recruitment, specializing in sourcing talent for Finance, Marketing, and IT scale-ups in Amsterdam since August 2021. Prior to this, Bas held the position of Senior Account Manager II Headhunter at Serious Work, responsible for sales and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates from August 2020 to August 2021. Bas also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Trinamics from June 2019 to August 2020 and as a Sales Intercedent at Tempo-Team from June 2018 to June 2019, where responsibilities included approaching potential clients to maintain market leadership.
