Marc Razoux Schultz

Marc Razoux Schultz has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager HR at Giant Bicycle since May 2025. Prior to this role, Marc held the position of General Manager HR at Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV from April 2020 to May 2025. Marc's earlier career includes significant roles at Honeywell, where responsibilities spanned HR Country Leader for both the Netherlands and the South region of Germany, overseeing HR support and projects across multiple sites. Additional experience includes managing HR functions at G4S Security Services and Kappé International NV. Marc holds a Bachelor's degree in P&O from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, completed between 1989 and 1993.
