Hazel Encarnacion

Hazel Encarnacion is an experienced Event Producer with a robust background in managing and executing events across various organizations. Currently at Giant Spoon since January 2020, Hazel has also held event production roles at INCA Productions, NVE Experience Agency, Imprint Projects, NYC Media Lab, and We Are BMF. Expertise includes budget management, project timeline oversight, fabrication, AV, print, vendor negotiation, and venue scouting, ensuring smooth event execution within budget and scope. Prior experience includes events and production at Brooklyn Brew Shop, account management at CheckIn Tech, and coordination at International Inspirations Ltd. Hazel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College and has studied at both Drexel University and Bergen Community College.
