Yan Ning Xu

Yan Ning Xu has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2010 as an Accounting/Finance Manager at Thought Convergence, where they were responsible for overseeing all accounting and finance activities. From there, they moved on to roles such as Senior Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis at Forever 21, where they streamlined procedures and automated budget processes, and Senior Manager of Demand Planning, Business Analysis, & Systems at REVOLVE, where they served as the main finance contact for various departments. They also worked as Head of Finance at AdSupply, Inc., Operations (Supply Chain) + Finance Manager at Dr Roebuck's, Director of Finance & Accounting at Imprint Projects, and currently serve as the Director of Finance & Operations at Giant Spoon. Throughout their career, they have implemented new software, collaborated effectively with various stakeholders, and designed and implemented KPI dashboards for leadership.

Yan Ning Xu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the Antai College of Economics & Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Yan Ning also pursued a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration at the University of California, Riverside from 2008 to 2009.
