Dan Woolley

Dan Woolley is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently a Partner at Giant Steps Advisors since April 2024, Woolley focuses on empowering entrepreneurs and real estate firms. Previously, Woolley served as Senior Product Director at Lone Wolf Technologies from December 2020 to November 2023, overseeing the Cloud Agent Suite following the acquisition of W+R Studios, where Woolley co-founded and held the position of CTO from June 2008 to December 2020. Earlier roles include board positions at FBS and the Real Estate Standards Organization, as well as senior leadership positions at eNeighborhoods and Realigent. Woolley began a career in technology as Co-Founder and CTO of IRIS, LLC. Woolley holds a BS in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine.
