Steve Dyer possesses extensive experience in customer service and support roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Concierge at Sunrise Senior Living since February 2014, Steve is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and managing inquiries to assist marketing efforts. In addition, Steve has worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Giant Steps since November 2013, aiding high school transition students with life skills and job support. Previous positions include Planning Advisor at Chapel Hill Gardens West, where Steve focused on family counseling for pre-planning funeral needs, and Vocational Coordinator at EASTCONN, achieving high job placements for clients. Steve also has a long tenure at Digital Equipment Corporation, holding multiple roles, including Sales Account Representative, where sales goals were consistently met, and Events Logistics Coordinator, managing customer and sales events. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Total Quality Management from Lacrosse University.
