Rob Hicks has a diverse professional background, starting from their early work experience at Marks and Spencer and Tesco PLC. Rob then moved on to roles at AIESEC Aston, where Rob held positions of increasing responsibility including Vice President of Outgoing Exchange. After completing their degree in International Business and Spanish at Aston University, Rob worked at PwC in various roles, eventually becoming a Senior Associate in Banking & Capital Markets. Rob then transitioned to Strategy& as a Manager before taking on their current role as Head of Finance & Operations at Giant Ventures.
