Lam Phan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Lam started their career at LARION Computing Ltd. in 2011, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer, Ruby On Rail Developer, and Senior Web Application Developer until 2017. In 2017, Lam Phan co-founded and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Miclabs.co until 2018. Currently, Lam Phan is working as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at GIANTY Vietnam - Careers & Life.

Lam Phan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from VNUHCM - University of Science, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
