Eduardo's career also includes a longstanding role as Assistant Manager at IL Sole Restaurant & Wine Bar, where responsibilities included payroll management, scheduling, inventory control, and trust-building with management. Eduardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from City Tech, CUNY, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from CUNY Bronx Community College.
