Joshua Lagarde

Joshua Lagarde has diverse work experience in different industries. Joshua started their career in 2020 as a Sales Associate at Browns Fashion, where they worked until March 2021. In July 2021, they joined Planet Fitness as a Member Services Representative, and their tenure there ended in April 2022. Currently, Joshua is working at Giatec | Smart Construction Solutions as part of their Business Development team. At Giatec, they are involved in driving innovation in the construction industry by introducing smart testing technologies and real-time data collection.

Joshua Lagarde completed their education at two institutions. From 2017 to 2019, they attended Carleton University, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. Joshua then went on to study at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2020 to 2022, pursuing a degree in Business - Management and Entrepreneurship with a specialization in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.

In addition to their formal education, Joshua Lagarde has obtained several certifications. Joshua received a Google Analytics Certificate from Google in November 2021. From September 2020 to February 2022, they acquired various certifications from LinkedIn, including Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Effective Listening, Human Resources: Managing Employee Problems, Strategic Thinking, Transitioning from Manager to Leader, Supply Chain Basics For Everyone, Marketing Foundations: Consumer Behavior, Retail Customer Service Management and Coaching, Retail Sales Management, Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing Tools and Services, Balancing Work and Life, Productivity Tips: Setting Up Your Workplace, Productivity Tips: Using Technology, Time Management Tips: Teamwork, and Time Management: Working from Home. Additionally, in October 2021, they obtained the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM.
