Peter started their career at LafargeHolcim as a Design Engineer/Plant Manager in the Precast Products division, where they were responsible for solutions selling, manufacturing coordination, quality assurance, and managing manufacturing phases of precast concrete products.

Peter J. Seibert began their education in 1992 when they enrolled at the University of Toronto.
