Melissa Reed

Director of Fund Development at Gibault

Melissa returned to the Gibault team in the summer of 2019 after joining in the late 90s. She received her bachelor's degree in Human Services with a minor in sociology from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. As Director of Fund Development, Melissa collaborates with donors, staff and communities to continue driving Gibault's mission.

Gibault

Gibault was founded in 1921 by the Indiana Knights of Columbus as a home for wayward boys. Over the years, Gibault has evolved to meet the needs of at-risk youth everywhere. Today, Gibault serves boys and girls and has provided life-changing opportunities for over 10,000 children and their families. Gibault serves children with mild emotional disturbances, aggressive and oppositional behaviors, substance abuse issues, victims and perpetrators that exhibit sexually harmful/reactive behavior, learning disabled children, and children with a variety of clinical issues in residential and community based environments.
